About Allison

Hi there,

I’m a North Carolina native who loves our beautiful clays. Through my anti-capitalist studio practice I’ve experimented with local materials; trying out all kinds of decoration and firing techniques. I source exclusively salvaged and majority native clay bodies to make my pots. I’ve taught in many spaces and especially love demonstrating surface design. My pots are made to forge connection, celebrate the sustenance they serve and enliven the spaces they inhabit.
