Hi there,

I’m a North Carolinian native who loves our beautiful clays. I explore through my work by testing local materials and trying out all kinds of decoration and firing techniques. I’m very particular about how and where I source my materials; exclusively salvaged and majority native clay bodies. I’ve taught in many studios and especially love demonstrating surface design. My pots are made to celebrate the food they serve and space they inhabit. My practice is to slow down the grinding wheel of capitalism :)
